How do you manage screen time for yourself?
Ever since 2020 I have majorly limited the amount of social media I use. I have a few accounts that I sparingly use. It’s been the best change for my mental health. I see less unwanted advertisements, have less contact with toxic people and am able to control what I see and participate in. I feel so much better mentally and emotionally and am beyond grateful for the positive impact it has had on my mental health and life
