How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
I try not to get to the point where I feel I “must unplug.” I find it extremely important to have a balance where I am present in the moment with what I’m doing and who I am with and use the tools and electronics that I “unplug” from as what they are… tools for research, communication and whatever else I am doing that requires it. It’s been a difficult journey finding the balance and committing to sticking with it and being intentionally in the moment but practice makes perfect!
